Future... a short question

can I say:
I am having a party tommorow, are you coming?
or I need to say "will you come?"
because will is for spontaneous decision and Present Progressive is for action already arranged for the near future.

Will you come? - I'm asking you for the first time. Probably more common is 'Would you like to come?'
