Vocabulary

fussy

SEKOI
It seems the word has been used for
a long time, but I think we can call
it a slang word meaning 'fussy about
trivial things'.
"He borrowed one dollar from me over a month ago,
but he hasn't returned it to me yet."
"You are SEKOI."
Something like that.
Are there any interesting English equivalents?
Thank you.

Hi,

No, a frivolous person is one who is not serious, who is light-hearted.
