Supposing someone was making a new outfit, using some western clothing ideas and some Arabic clothing ideas.

A mixture would be to wear western trousers with an Arabic top.

A fusion would be to create a whole new garment that had some style elements from western clothing and some from Arabic clothing - perhaps western style of shirt with Arabic embroidery on it, for example.
