Fuse and burn out

Hi

Would you say that fuse and burn out are synonymous here? Any other suggestions?

I think that the LED bulb has burned out. It doesn’t turn on.

I think that the LED bulb has fused. It doesn’t turn on.

In the context of Canadian electricity, the fuse is not part of the bulb. It is part of the electric circuit. All my fuses are in a cupboard in a corner of my basement. If a fuse burns out, I say
