Furthest & Nearest

How would you say this sentence please?

- Start dressing the table furthest from you and make your way up to the table nearest you, that way you won't have to walk back and forth as much.

and is this sentence correct?

- Full payment upon arrival in cash needed. You may cancel your reservation without penalty (up) until 5 days before your arrival date.
