I read "funked up" as meaning "under the beneficial effects of funk music", per http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=funked+up

However, if there was a contextual reason why they should be "fu*ked up" with a "c", then I would interpret it as a euphemism for that.

Well, Mark and Bruno just received a Grammy, so they have no reason to be fu*ked up while receiving the award...Maybe it was a pun on their song Uptown Funk??
