However, sorry, it was my typo in the initial post, the latter word 'tear' was accidentally left out.
The thing is I already know what fundraising mean, it means to get oneself financed.
but what I asked actually was what does "fundraising tear" mean, that's in two words?

Anybody please shed some light on me?
