Can you please read the sentence and see if it is ok to use the expression from the title or?Should I use whit or by here?



The second type is younger whit (functionally) differentiated floors according to different functions, inner staircase and often seperated fireplace. The two types are just what many distinguished families need and what draws their attention whit/by its simplicity and minimalism.
