Vocabulary

Fully

Hi.
What does it mean that
The name of the author shall appear with due prominence on the cover/jacket and title page of every copy of the Farsi edition and on the reverse of the title page the fully copyright line exactly as it appears on the Proprietors' edition shall be printed together with the following acknowledgement: 'This edition is published by arrangement with Gloucester Publishers plc, Northburgh House, 10 Northburgh Street. London, EC1V 0AT.

Why would he say "the fully copyright line".?

It appears to be a mistake. You may wish to discuss the matter with whoever is responsible for the wording of the contract. Whether it matters would probably depend on the laws of the country in which the contract applies, but to be on the safe side I would want to make sure.
