FULL UP / FILL UP

Good day! I am pretty confused about using the expressions 'fill up' and 'full up'.

I know for sure that 'full up' is an adjective and that 'fill' up' is a phrasal verb and that they have similar meanings.

Could you check if the sentences I made are correct?

My schedule is full up.
My schedule is filled up.
