I have never heard of such a thing. It seems to me that what's needed is an actual dosage, not vague statements like "regular" and "full-strength".

I google it ,

regular-strength aspirin (325mg),

low-strength asiprin (81mg),

extra-strength aspirin (500mg),

full-strength (325mg)

adult-strength aspirin (>or=325mg) ,

it seems that "regular" and "full" here are the same.

I'm affaid I might be wrong .a confirmation needed here.

thank you!

I'm afraid I have no familiarity with any of these terms as applied to aspirin. It could be that they are not used in my part of the world, or it could be just that I've never noticed them in use.

Hopefully someone else here might know something about it.

In the States aspirin is sold over the counter (without a doctor's prescription) in various dosages.
Regular or full-strength is normally considered 325 mg.

Note that the usual phrasing (in the States, at least) is "take one regular..." not "chew on

As you yourself found out, full-strength aspirin is 325mg of aspirin (in the US).
