Full stop or not

The question is: which country is called 'the land of thousand lakes'?

The answer is: Finland

I know it will begin with a capital letter as it is a proper noun, but do I need to put a full stop after writing just 'Finland' as the answer to the question?

Thanks.

When I attended school, I was taught that there were 60,000 lakes in Finland. Later they recounted them and came up with 187,888 lakes. That number includes "lakes" the size of a large swimming pool, though. By the way, there are 900,000 lakes in Canada.
