"full-on"

This commentm is made in TV show where a guy is possessed by a female spirit (I know, wierd),

"You are like full-on had the girl inside you for a week...........that's pretty naughty".

What does the first part of the sentence mean? and "full-on" any sexsual implication?

The meaning of full-on has to have something to do with completeness, totality. I do not, however, understand the sentence or the situation.
