Will you rephrase the sentence below? I have no idea what "branch off" and "full of holes" mean.

Some Hustler magazine branch off has shot her full of holes.

She just got her pictures taken at some billionaire's house. Some Hustler magazine branch off has shot her full of holes and soon she will be on the cover of teine hotties magazine or one of thier titles.
