Vocabulary

full blast/at full blast

Hello,
Would both of them sound good in:
- The neighbors had their TV on full blast/at full blast.
- Listening to music full blast/at full blast can be very harmful.
- She turned the car stereo on at full blast/full blast.
Some dictionaries say that both versions are acceptable, but I am not so sure. Are there any significant differences in usage?

Thank you.
