When we fulfill our promises and we remain loyal to a friend in the matter of promises what would we say?

Is this correct: To Fulfill a promise.

And what do we call that loyal person who fulfill his own promises?

Thank you Mistre Micawber. But I still haven't received my answer .

Let me clarify my question furthur:

For example I promise my friend to be at his place at 7 and I fulfill my promise and go there at exactly 7.

What do we call me? A trustworthy person?

I think the words given by you are dedicated to the person who is dependable for others.
