Can someone please explain what does it mean fry it through the internet?
(From a video 3:27 link) and about a cyber attack they could fry it through the internet and that even natural threats scientists have been warning us about, like a solar super storm or a mega thrust earthquake could also take down the grid.

"fry it" means destroy/damage the grid by making it overheat or burn (e.g. by overloading it). "through the Internet" means that the damage is caused by an attack perpetrated over the Internet, i.e. by hacking into the grid's control systems.
