Frustrating :/

I am so stuck. I am unable to express myself accurately. I cant find the right words to say things correctly. It feels miserable :/. Initially i thought it was due to my poor vocabulary and mastered some good amount of words. But even with this intervention of learning new words it doesn't seem to help much . Though it has come to some use the main problem remains unaffected. please help me:/.

Thank you so much, Philip. Using words in the correct context is exactly the problem. But its so easy for the natives even though most of them do not know the exact meanings to the words they use. I shall seek your help with all my doubts here after. Thank you once again.
