"Frustrated" usage

Hello, everyone.

"I'm getting very frustrated by Matthew!"

Do you think this expression is very rude??

Ruder than I'm getting very upset by Matthew!"?

As an EFL, I thought "I'm frustrated by someone" is not that rude..
