0 Hi everybody!02br 02br 00Will you, please, help me to check the following sentences or make them sound better. 02br 02br 00Fruit salads benefit our health and they give us the energy of natural vitamins. The more we eat them, the healthier we are. Dietitians say that we have to eat, at least, five portions of fruit and veggies daily. The portion involves a medium apple or orange, a glass of fruit juice or three tablespoons of fruit salad. Eating that many of fruits and vegetables daily provides your body with essential vitamins and microelements. It goes without saying that you are not supposed to limit yourself with these five portions. You can eat as many fruit and veggies as you want and that won't bring you any harm, only benefits. Getting enough fresh fruit in your diet will help you keep your weight down. 02br 02br 00Except fresh fruits, we added dried plump to give this salad zest. So the taste came as amazing! As a sauce for this salad you can use yogurt or sour cream mixed with sugar. For this recipe we use may honey. Fruit salad is not only the right thing to finish your meal with but also to create the healthy lifestyle that is fashion these days.02br 02br 00Thanks in advance0-

0Last sentence..."that is in fashion" or 'that is the fashion". Actually, such a sentence makes a healthy lifestyle sound fashionable as opposed to objectively healthy, which may not be the image you are hoping to convey.0-
0 Thanks for your comment. Actually, in the last sentence I'm trying to say that healthy lifestyle is popular these days. As far as the rest of the sentences, do they sound good? 0-
