Fruit or fruits

In my understanding, English-speaking people say, "I like fruit." It means I like fruit in general.

They don't usually say, "I like fruits."

Now, is it possible to say, "What fruits do you like?"?

It is possible but not the most usual way to ask it. Mostly people would phrase it another way, e.g. "What kinds/types of fruit do you like?" or perhaps just "What fruit do you like?".
