Frostbitten FROM or BY?

Hi, I've got a question.
Is the following sentence correct?
"I'm frostbitten from your cold words."
Or should it be:
"I'm frostbitten by your cold words."
Thank you!

Both are rather cutesy-literary, but you may use either, from the prepositional point of view.
