Fronting

Is it possible to use fronting in the following way?

"Amazing is that very few women ...." in order to stress "amazing".

If yes, is it only acceptable in informal English?

CP14"Amazing is that very few women ...."
That doesn't work. You need to say "It is amazing that very few women ..." or "What is amazing is that very few women ...".

I have a constant battle with my Czech students, who insist on beginning sentences with "Important is ...".
