From TV show Frasier

Hi teachers~

I was watching a TV show Frasier and I don't catch this part.

I found it's script, but still have no idea. (The conversation doesn't sound like the script to my ears.)

Roz introduces her new boyfriend Barry to Crane family and Frasier and Niles think Barry is gay.

Roz and Barry are about to leave after they get coffee.

Roz: No biscotti for you?

Barry: Please. I'm a house.

What does Barry mean?

I copied the address below just in case. (03:31-03:37)

Thank you in advance~~

The sentence, "I'm a house.", makes no sense in English. The exchange sounds like:

Roz: "Wouldn't a biscotti [be right] for you [too]?"

Barry: "Please [no thanks]. On the house [you can have mine too]."
