From Turkish to English

I am translating a Turkish quote into an English quote but it seems to be very difficult, like you can't franslate some things. Can someone please tell me if the following senences are correct? If not, can you correct it? The sentences:

Because nothing is as how it is seen(/seemed?).
In fact, nothing is as how it is experienced either.
Everything is as how it is remembered.

Should i drop the "how's" or maybe the "as's"?Does it makes sense if I use seen instead of seem (the turkish quote really does mean "to see" and not "to seem"..). I would be really grateful if someone could help me. Why is English so difficult Emotion: sad
