From the look/expression/appearance on her face,

From the look on her face, I couldn't help but think she was angry with me.

Hi,
Is it all right to replace "look" in the above with "expression" and "appearance?"

You can use "From her appearance" but not "appearance on her face."

A person's appearance refers to the way the look in their entirety.
