From the back/from behind

Hello,

Which sentence sounds better?

-Does my hair look good from the back?

- Does my hair look good from behind?

My examples are not great, I know... From the back would probably be the more (logical???) option because we also say "from the side/front". However, the first thing that came to me was "from behind". I realize that both will be understood, but one might sound better than the other.

Thank you.

I'd probably say, "...from the back," but both are good.
