Hi, I' m not the same italian that has posted the other question, but you are right, i suppose it's dificult to understand the question without a con text. The whole sentense could be " he is so spoiled that always has a tantrum" . Does it make sense? Thanks
I would use the present simple with 'always' only in a more restricted way, for example, "He always throws tantrums if he can't get his own way", If this is one of his characteristics, I'd say "He's always throwing tantrums".
