from italian to English

How do you translate the sentence "fare i capricci"?
I found in the dictionary "have a tantrum" and "make a fit" but I'm not sure about them.
Thanks

Hi,
I' m not the same italian that has posted the other question, but you are right, i suppose it's dificult to understand the question without a con text.
The whole sentense could be " he is so spoiled that always has a tantrum" . Does it make sense?
Thanks

He is so spoiled that he always throws tantrums.

I would use the present simple with 'always' only in a more restricted way, for example, "He always throws tantrums if he can't get his own way", If this is one of his characteristics, I'd say "He's always throwing tantrums".
