There are some rules regarding the use of the prepositions from and in with proper nouns?
Please tell me if some of the formulations written bellow are wrong.

The largest country from Europe is...
The largest country in Europe is ...

It is better to use instead of the last two formulations the following one:

The Europe's largest country is..

?

Choosing the preposition is not dependent upon the noun being a proper noun. The same prepositions are used with common nouns and proper nouns . I may be wrong but I think your native language has led you to think from could be right in your sentence.
