I am unsure about how to capitalise these three headings. Which letters are capitalised in each of the three examples set out below?

Charged with setting up a Streetcar near you which city would you pick? What are the first things you would do?

I don't understand why you have used a capital for 'Streetcar'. I assume it is a proper name.
