From an interview with Stephen Stedman...

Hey guys,

Could you please tell me an synonym for the phrase "in adressing". Personally, I don't like that one, 'cause it's a little confusing phrase for me...Last time I came across to this phrase, when I was reading an interview with Stephen Stedman....

Is this kind of UN reform really in the best interests of the United States?

Yes, absolutely. The fact of the matter is that in this world, what threatens the US cannot be addressed unilaterally. The US can’t defend itself against terrorism unilaterally, it can’t defend itself against weapons of mass destruction or deadly infectious disease unilaterally. It doesn’t matter how powerful the United States is – it needs sustained institutional multilateral cooperation if it is to protect its security.

How is it going to get that? Only if it is willing to cooperate with others in addressing their threats so they’ll cooperate with the United States in addressing its threats.

So, if I'd say, that I'm willing to cooperate with someone in addressing their problems or threats. So, what I'm gonna do? I'm gonna help someone to solve his problem??? Or I'm gonna help him to just admit, that he have a problem??? Or does it mean, that I'm gonna just help him to discover the core of his problem????...:-) I'm still hesitating about what does it exactly mean...:-((

thank you in advance and nice weekend to all.
