From a movie Green Book

Hi teachers~

I have some questions about some expressions from Green Book.

Sorry no video available.

Q1. A said to B "nice tuttleneck." and "Ways to mix it up."

I didn't catch what A said. I just copied and pasted this from a movie script website

If the website is right, what does 'way to mix it up' mean?

Q2. Is there any difference betwen these two sentences?

'I would happily buy it

'I would be happy to buy it.'

Thanks~
