Fringe, promotion video some problems

Hi friends. I've stumbled across video which I like. And, as usual it is, something isn't rather smooth.

The video is the on the top of the page. Unfortunately, it has no timer. But what I'm about to ask is easy to find. So, if you would be so kind to help me get something, it would be kind of you.

Did I get it right? It seems he said "isn't been made public", but I know it can't make any sense. "Is not to have been made public", but I doubt it. What do you hear?
What did he say next? "In tell, it's classified on both top secret". That's what I heard.Emotion: smile
