friends in common

Is this correct?
The person I have most friends in common is her.

At least, you need to say "in common with."

There's also a case issue with "her."

Technically, we say "It is she," but scarcely anyone says that, especially in casual conversation.

In casual conversation, it would be fine to say, "The person I have [the] most friends in common with is her."

But for written or formal work, I'd recommend you avoid "It is he
