My friend just said that the Lakers are nobody. And I say:

If the Lakers are nobody, then who are we?

Or

It the Lakers are nobody. Then who are we?

Are both useable?

Thanks!

Nope, doesn't sound right as a stand alone sentence.

If the lakers are nobody, then who are we? - Definitely better.
