fresh/new sheet

0When one says "new", it is understood as brand-new, never been used, out-of-the- package. It shouldn't and can't have another meaning. 02br

0We know every word has its literal meaning which is understood by most. However, there is also a “perceived” version of the meaning which is sometime open to interpretation. So if someone offers to sell you a “new” laptop for $200, you ought to be inquisitive about the “newness” of that laptop. Personally, if I say a new house, I would literally mean a house, just finished with the roof tiles,
