Frequently asked interview question: What is your weakness.
Please help me to correct interview answer to the question: What is your weakness? Any help would be appreciated!
I tend to get impatient at times when stressed out, I'm going to be honest with you, Telecom Company is quite stressful environment to work in. I really struggled dealing with Unhappy Customers back when I was working in Canada. It was hard because our service wasn't competitive that time and the fact that we were just getting started and Network Engineers were still making a lot of Technical adjustments or whatsoever. Over the course of months I have been so fed up so many times with stress I become impatient and just wanted to quit my job, but my Supervisor a close friend of mine keep motivated and said that I've done some of my best work under tight situations before where the atmosphere was more stressful and pressure only tests our ability. And finally, later that week our Service went back to normal and slowly the numbers of irate customers lessens as days gone by. I've learned that it was all about a matter of patience. I’m someone who should looks at what I can improve without being irritated and impatience is also something that’s driven me to succeed faster than other people. It’s something that made me a better Customer Service..
