free/no charge on air time?

A cell (mobile) phone company does not charge its customers if customers use their cell phones calling the company's dedicated service line.

Is it okay to ask, "is it free (or no) charge on air time if I use my cell phone to call your customers' service phone number?"

Any better suggestions?

Thanks,

Please read my question again.

I was not asking about a toll free phone call. I was asking specifically the airtime charge of the company will make.

Is it better to ask like, " Is it no airtime charge for calls made from my cell phone to your customer service lines?"

What do you think?

Thanks,

The I part of 'Do I get free calls to...' makes it clear that you are asking about whether your charge package includes free calls to their customer service dept, it is not asking if the customer service dept has a general freephone line for all callers. Or you could ask 'Does this package include free calls to your customer sevice line?'
