Free Grammer Checkers

I downloaded Ginger, and found that it does not support OpenOffice. I tried Notepad and Wordpad, and got the same result. I used OO's Preview as Web Browser tool, but received no results in Firefox. I did not try Explorer. Then I cut and pasted a chapter to Yahoo Mail, and it worked.
