Free BSD

Is anyone here using Free BSD?
If so, what do you think of it?

Cheers

Well, I didn't get very far installing BSD (one of the instal disks was corrupted), but I got far enough to accidentally repartition and format a large removable USB drive which I forgotten to disconnect. Thank *** (again) for Hiren's Boot Disk, and the recovery utilities thereon! I was able to recover the partition table and about 95% of the 'lost' data.

  • The recovered data had been on NTFS partitions (100% recovered), while the lost data was on a FAT32 (85% recovered).
  • I feel like I'm talking to myself here, but this info may help others.
