Frankly...

Frankly, I don't care how sick you've been, you still should've attended your work.

- Does the sentence make sense?

- Are the commas correct? Is the comma after "frankly" optional?

- Is "should've" most often preferred compared to "should have" in english writing?

- "Attended your job" doesn't sound natural to me. Is it ok or what else could I say?
