Fram a reply email?

I sent an email to one of my customer asking about current opportunities but he replied that he has no immediate possibilities for collaboration, but if anything arises he’ll be in touch. I want to send him a reply. Can you help me to frame a nice one.

Dear Sir: I appreciate your consideration in the matter I brought to you. It is my hope that possibilities for collaboration do present themselves so we can work together at some time in the future. I'm looking forward to hearing from you, should anything arise, as you mentioned.
