Fragment, Run-on, and complete sentence

Hi
I'm studying on English grammar. My question is about Fragment, Run-on or comma splice, and complete sentence. Can you tel me that, in the below questions, are my answers correct? Thank you.

1- The contract has been awarded to our firm many of their people are involved. (Run-on)
2- If you wait a few years, you may be hired by the company. (Run-on)
3- Skilled technicians unemployed In the recession (Fragment)

I understood that, where was my error.
Also, can you help me that, are my describe correct in the other sentences?

1- She answered the phone, making note of the call (Run-on) because after the comma in not complete.
2- Although it saved much office space when it was desperately needed (Run-on) because doesn't have a comma.
3- The hiring is up to the manage
