Can you solve these riddles?

1.Five hundred begins it,five hundred ends it,
Five in the middle is seen;
The first of all letters, the first of all figures,
Take up their stations between.
Join all together, and then you will bring
Before you the name of an eminent king.

2.What was the name of the USA President in 1960?

3.What's the beginning of eternity,
the end of time and space,
the beginning of the end,
and the end of every place?

4.A cowboy rides into town on Friday.Only stays 3 days and leaves on Friday. How is this possible?
