A proper name needs to be capitalized but I seldom see the word "heaven" capitalized. Why? eg, "Our father is heaven, give us our daily bread ..."

Also, what word should I use to better convey the intended meaning for the word "noted"?

Why? eg, "Our father is heaven, give us our daily bread ..." Yes, a proper name should be capitalized, but "heaven" and "****" are generally lower-cased. Some place names are a little ambiguous in that. Some people refer to "The South" meaning the southern (and actually eastern) part of the U.S., and sometimes it's capitalized, but sometimes now.

Also, what word should I use to better convey the intended meaning for the word "noted"? Noted seems like the right choice.
