Cut it out!
Knock it off
The four phrases are all have the meaning to yell at sb. to stop him doing what he is doing now.So what are the differences?

Stop it! Knock it off! Cut it out! - they are all the same. No difference. The latter two are more informal.

Pack it in! I'm not so familiar with this one, but it sounds more like something a coach would say to a team at the end of practice, or maybe a boss to a work crew. "You can stop now."
