Perhaps I'm too captious, but is it fine to omit 'the' before 'included'? I thought an adjective or a participle turned into a plural noun should always take a difinite artice. Is it out of date already?

Oh, so it's just a changed word order? This surprises me even more than if it was a left out article! Where have English grammar rules gone to?
