Could you tell me which one is the correct one?
The first sentence is a bit weird because "had been stolen" is not an adjective, whereas with "stolen" only in the second sentence, it cannot verbalize accurately as the first one. Therefore, is "that" missing in the first sentence?
Just as: By the time I got back home, I found (that) my computer had been stolen.

'Had been stolen' is Past Perfect tense, passive voice.
The active voice form would be I found (that) someone had stolen my computer.
