it is little confusing if you dont know the rule
- Never Ever use any verb in Past Tense after ( Did ). you must use infinitives after (Did)

(Find) has one meaning. but (Found) has two meanings

Find means discover after a deliberate search. The Past tense is ( Found ) and the Past Perfect Tense is ( Found )

at the Same time. ( Found ) has another meaning as an infini

No. "did" is past, and "found" is past. You can only have one past tense verb in a sequence of verbs, and it has to be the first.

Use "I didn't find it".
