1. i found your posts interesting2. i found your posts are interestingwhich one is correct? and could you please tell me the reason? yes i know number 1 is commonly used.. but i'm still confused..thanks!!

Technically, neither is correct. They should be written like this:

1. I found your posts interesting.
2. I found your posts are interesting.

Both are correct, but there is a slight difference in meaning.

1. My reaction to your posts is that they are interesting. (I like them.)
2. 'that' is implicit. (I found that your posts are interesting.) After examining them and thinking about how I might judge them, I concluded that your posts are interesting posts. This is a sort of report on what your research revealed.

It would be odd to use the second form because people are not normally tasked to judge posts in that way.
